Bracknell’s best pub..

So having challenged myself (those five of you who have been paying attention will know) to find Bracknell’s best pub, I have decided a points system is needed.

I will then visit Bracknell’s pubs and rate them all and bring you, my avid reader, the results.

I figure we need a highly convoluted Strictly Come Dancing style voting system of sliding scale variety, say marks from one to five where one is rubbish and five is excellent.

But what is important (and I’d like some feedback on this)?

1 Range and variety of beer available

2 Range and variety of real ales available

3 Range and variety of bottled drinks available

4 Range and variety of crisps available

5 Range and variety of other bar snacks available (pork scratchings/nuts etc)

6 Range and variety of food menu

7 Pub environment

8 Friendliness of bar staff

9 Quality of bathroom facilities

10 Entertainment options (jukebox/quiz machine skysports etc)

11 Smokers area

12 Atmosphere? (busy/quiet/intimidating)

13 Quality of beer garden

Comments?

I’ll complete the survey with a friend so I don’t look like a geek with a clipboard, so each pub can be rated from two points of view and once compiled, the scores will be added together and each pub will be given a rating out of 130.

This could take some time!
