Snow good for running

The snow has hampered my running schedule leaving more time for watching TV and eating (hooray!) but the lack of training this week has made me feel a bit guilty.

So, I trotted off to the gym on Tuesday but left after about half an hour because the sight of my bum in the mirrors while I ran was too depressing.

I think I’ll stick to the great outdoors where there are no evil reflections.

And last night (Thursday) I went to Body Balance at St Crispin’s Leisure Centre, Wokingham.

I’m not sure how much good it’s done me, I can’t do an army crawl for love or money but my stomach does hurt today so something must have gone well.

I’m going to try and run over the weekend but if it snows then I suppose I’ll be forced to stay inside, watch The Hills and read gossip magazines.
