Route of all evil

By Lorna Catling

My new running gear arrived!! I felt amazing when I went out for a run on Saturday and it definitely helped me get back into my training.

So the next stop is to get fully back into my training plan – I’m using one from Bupa (I’ve ambitiously gone for the intermediate programme although this is a shameless exaggeration of my abilities).

Tonight I am heading out for a five-mile route around Wokingham.

I use www.mapmyrun.co.uk to plot my routes and it is a great indication of how far you are going.

This is my route for tonight - http://www.mapmyrun.co.uk/view_my_run_100584 – I’ll report back tomorrow on how I found it (hopefully not too evil but there is a hill I'm dreading).

If you have any good routes, you can share them in the comments section under the blog.

Happy running!
