We are the champions

I managed to do some training while at work today by…winning a pancake race!!

It’s probably not the most orthodox way of training for a half marathon but it’s definitely the most fun I’ve had doing sprints.

And, Team Standard even got a certificate from the mayor. I feel a celebratory pancake coming on.
