Next years half marathon

The starting line of last year's Quintiles Bracknell Half MarathonA while off I know, but some of us have a LOT of training to do.

But I'm already making plans for next years Bracknell Half-Marathon, involving several naive souls from Bracknell Town Football Club.

I've managed to convince a motley crew of myself and fellow committee member Darrell Freeland, Club Secretary Tony Hardy and long standing supporter and Bracknell exile Steve Witty to take part.

What this means though is that as a relative half-marathon veteran compared to that lot (I've completed two - Reading & Bracknell), I'll be expected to lead the way.

This could be problematic.

Whenever I've competed with my colleagues at getbracknell, I've always been the slowest, like a cold knife through butter.

Mike 'Lightening' Pyle has completed two video diaries to show how much he loves it.

Still its all for a good cause. Quite what that good cause will be is open to debate. Any suggestions greatly appreciated!
